LOMI research seminar series
This series of seminars focuses on Learning Objects, Metadata and Interoperability (LOMI). On a slightly irregular basis over flashmeeting a web based video conferencing service, we are discussing research work in the LOMI area.
The basic intent is to facilitate exchange of opinions, ideas, plans and results on the overall theme of learning objects, metadata and interoperability. The intended audience includes PhD. students, their supervisors, researchers, etc.
The sessions are quite flexible. A typical scenario would be a brief introductory presentation, to set the context, 30 minutes of focused discussion and 30 minutes of more general exchange of news.
